Metal matrix composites with aluminum as base metal are extensively used in the important engineering industries, their properties can be improved for many requirements. In current work it is tried to make process cost effective. The efforts made less expensive properties. this a attempt fabricate Aluminum LM25 based Matrix Composite aim of developing low conventional method manufacturing Composites. different combinations LM25-Fe3O4 and mechanical tested studied on alloy wheel Ansys software. Experiments done various Fe3O4 reinforce material (2.5%, 5% 7.5% by weight) then examined present also shows analysis car all new predict effect loading. change combination shown an automobile
